Meridian Media Hub
Data deletion
Effective October 27, 2026
You can stop Meridian Media Hub from using any social account and have its data deleted at any time. There are three ways to do it.
1. Disconnect the account in MMH
Go to Marketing → Accounts and choose Disconnect next to the account. MMH then:
- deletes the account’s access and refresh tokens immediately;
- revokes its access on the network where the network supports it (Google and YouTube, X, TikTok, LinkedIn);
- cancels any posts still waiting to go to that account.
2. Remove MMH on the network
You can also remove Meridian Media Hub from the network’s own settings. MMH stops working with that account straight away.
- Facebook and Instagram: Facebook Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (or Apps and websites) → remove Meridian Media Hub. Facebook then sends us a deletion request: we disconnect the pages and Instagram accounts you connected and delete the comments we collected from them. Facebook gives you a confirmation code that you can check on this page.
- Threads: Threads Settings → Account → Website permissions → remove Meridian Media Hub.
- Google and YouTube: Google Account → Third-party connections.
- X: Settings → Security and account access → Apps and sessions.
- TikTok: Settings and privacy → Security → Apps and services permissions.
- LinkedIn: Settings & Privacy → Data privacy → Permitted services.
- Pinterest: Settings → Security and logins → Connected apps.
- Snapchat: Snapchat account settings → Connected apps.
3. Ask us to delete everything
To delete all MMH data about you or your organization, email privacy@shreekrupa.net from the address on your Shree Krupa Enterprise Inc. account. Say which organization and accounts the request is about. This covers connected accounts, posts, results, inbox items and cached media. We confirm the deletion within 30 days. Files in your media library and leads in your CRM belong to your organization’s Shree Krupa Enterprise Inc. workspace, and its administrators can delete them there.
