Meridian Media Hub
Terms of Service
Effective October 27, 2026
These Terms govern your use of Meridian Media Hub (“MMH” or “the Service”), operated by Shree Krupa Enterprise Inc. (“we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use MMH for an organization, you confirm that you may accept these Terms for it. Shree Krupa Enterprise Inc. owns the shreekrupa.net domain and operates the sites on it, including www.shreekrupa.net, booking.shreekrupa.net, bookkeeping.shreekrupa.net and payroll.shreekrupa.net, as well as Meridian Media Hub at meridianmediahub.com.
1. The Service
MMH lets organizations create content and publish it to social networks. With MMH you can compose, schedule, queue and approve posts, keep a media library, collect comments and reviews in one inbox, turn conversations into CRM leads, and see results. MMH works on top of your organization’s Shree Krupa Enterprise Inc. workspace and the social network accounts you connect.
2. Accounts and access
- You sign in with your Shree Krupa Enterprise Inc. account. Keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Your organization’s administrators decide who can use MMH and what each person can do. For example, they can require approval before posts are published.
- You may connect only social accounts that you own or are authorized to manage.
3. Connected social networks
- When you connect an account, you authorize MMH to act for you on that network within the permissions you grant: publishing what you or your organization schedule, reading results, and reading and replying to comments. MMH keeps the connection active by renewing its access in the background until you disconnect it or revoke access on the network.
- You must follow each network’s own terms and policies, including those of Meta (Facebook, Instagram, Threads), Google and YouTube (the YouTube Terms of Service), TikTok, LinkedIn, X, Pinterest and Snap.
- Networks control their own platforms. They may change or limit their features, reject content, limit how often you can post, or suspend accounts. We are not responsible for what a network does, and some features may be unavailable on some networks.
- MMH is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of these networks. Their names and logos belong to their owners.
4. Your content
You keep all rights to the content you upload or publish through MMH. You grant us a limited licence to host, copy, process, transmit and display your content only to operate the Service for you, for example to send it to the networks you choose. You are responsible for your content and confirm that you have the rights needed to publish it.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use MMH to:
- publish spam, misleading or deceptive content, or content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, harassing or sexually exploits minors;
- impersonate anyone or misrepresent an affiliation;
- get around a network’s rules, rate limits or enforcement, or artificially inflate engagement;
- collect personal information about people beyond what you need to answer and follow up with them, or use it in breach of privacy or anti-spam laws (including Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation);
- interfere with, probe or reverse engineer the Service, or access it except through its interfaces.
We may remove content from the Service or suspend access if we reasonably believe these Terms have been broken, and we will tell you when we can.
6. Fees
Fees, if any, are set out in your organization’s agreement with Shree Krupa Enterprise Inc.. Third-party networks may charge for their own services.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep MMH available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change, add or remove features. A post may be delayed or not published because of a network outage, a rejection by the network, an expired connection or other causes outside our control, so check important posts. We will give reasonable notice of changes that materially reduce the Service.
8. Disclaimer
To the extent the law allows, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Shree Krupa Enterprise Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the amount your organization paid us for MMH in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify Shree Krupa Enterprise Inc. against third-party claims arising from your content or from your breach of these Terms or a network’s terms.
11. Ending use
You may stop using MMH at any time and disconnect your accounts. We may suspend or end access for a serious or repeated breach of these Terms, or when required by law or by a network. When access ends, we delete data as described in the Privacy Policy.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. The courts of Ontario have exclusive jurisdiction, unless your local law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here with a new effective date and give notice of significant changes. Continuing to use MMH after that means you accept them.
