Meridian Media Hub
Privacy Policy
Effective October 27, 2026
Meridian Media Hub (“MMH”, “we”, “us”) is operated by Shree Krupa Enterprise Inc., a company based in Ontario, Canada. This policy explains what information MMH collects, how we use it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and the choices you have. It covers the MMH website, the creator apps, and the social media marketing workspace (“the Service”), including the social network accounts you connect. It adds MMH’s details to the Shree Krupa Enterprise Inc. Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement, which apply to all our products. Shree Krupa Enterprise Inc. owns the shreekrupa.net domain and operates the sites on it, including www.shreekrupa.net, booking.shreekrupa.net, bookkeeping.shreekrupa.net and payroll.shreekrupa.net, as well as Meridian Media Hub at meridianmediahub.com.
1. Information we collect
Your Shree Krupa Enterprise Inc. account. You sign in to MMH with your Shree Krupa Enterprise Inc. account. From it we receive your user ID, name, email address, the organization (workspace) you open, and your roles and permissions in that organization.
Content you upload. Photos, videos and other files you add to the media library are stored as digital resources in your organization’s Shree Krupa Enterprise Inc. workspace, together with their name, type, size and checksum. We also store the posts you write: captions, titles, links, schedules, campaigns and approval history.
Connected social network accounts. When you connect an account on Facebook, Instagram, Threads, YouTube, Google Business Profile, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, Pinterest or Snapchat, you sign in on that network and choose what to share. We then receive and store:
- the account, page, channel, board or location identifiers and names you allowed, with the profile username and picture;
- access tokens and, where the network issues them, refresh tokens that let MMH act for you within the permissions you granted;
- the identifiers and links of the posts MMH publishes for you, and their engagement numbers (views, reach, likes, comments, shares, saves, clicks);
- comments, replies and reviews that people leave on your posts or profile, with the author’s public name, username and picture, so you can answer them from the inbox.
Leads you create. When you turn a conversation into a lead, the name, email, phone and notes you enter, and the conversation, are saved in your organization’s the CRM in your Shree Krupa Enterprise Inc. workspace.
2. How we use information
- To publish, schedule and queue the posts you or your organization approve, to the accounts you chose.
- To keep your connections working. While an account is connected, MMH renews its token in the background until you disconnect it or revoke access on the network.
- To show your calendar, post results and analytics, and to collect comments and reviews into your inbox and post your replies.
- To create CRM leads and activities when you ask us to.
- To secure the Service, prevent abuse, troubleshoot, and meet legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use data from social networks for advertising, to build profiles for third parties, or to train artificial intelligence models. We only act on a connected account when you or your organization ask us to.
3. Data from Google, YouTube and other networks
MMH’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
MMH uses YouTube API Services to upload videos and Shorts, read their statistics and manage their comments. By connecting YouTube you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google’s handling of your data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. You can remove MMH’s access at any time from your Google Account permissions. When you do, or when you disconnect the account in MMH, we delete its tokens immediately. Statistics we hold for that account are not refreshed again, and they are deleted on request (see section 8).
Each network also processes your data under its own terms and privacy policy, including those of Meta (Facebook, Instagram, Threads), TikTok, LinkedIn, X, Pinterest and Snap. MMH is not affiliated with or endorsed by any of these networks.
4. How we share information
- With the networks you direct us to. Your posts, media and replies are sent to the networks and accounts you chose.
- Within your organization. People in your Shree Krupa Enterprise Inc. organization see the workspace’s posts, inbox, leads and analytics according to the roles your administrators assign.
- With service providers that host and operate the Service for us (cloud hosting, storage, email). They act under contract and only on our instructions.
- For legal reasons, when required by law, or to protect the rights, property or safety of our users, the public or us.
- In a business transfer, such as a merger or acquisition, subject to this policy.
5. How we protect information
Traffic to MMH is encrypted with HTTPS. Social network tokens and sign-in tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM and never sent to your browser. Your browser holds only an opaque, HttpOnly session cookie. Access inside an organization is controlled by role-based permissions. Media links that networks use to fetch your files are signed and expire after a few hours. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify you and the authorities of a breach as the law requires.
6. How long we keep information
- Tokens: until you disconnect the account, revoke access on the network, or the network tells us you removed MMH. They are then deleted immediately. Where the network supports it (Google, X, TikTok, LinkedIn), we also revoke our access on the network.
- Posts, results and inbox: for as long as your organization uses MMH, unless you delete them sooner. They are deleted within 30 days after the organization closes its MMH workspace.
- Copies of media for publishing: MMH keeps a temporary copy of each file until the post that uses it has been published, then deletes it. The original stays in your media library until you delete it.
- Logs: kept for up to 90 days, unless needed longer to investigate a security issue.
7. Where information is stored
MMH is operated from Canada. Our service providers may store or process information in Canada, the United States or other countries. Wherever it is processed, we protect it as described in this policy.
8. Your choices and rights
- Disconnect any social account at any time from Marketing → Accounts. This stops all activity on that account.
- Remove MMH from a network’s settings. We then stop using the account and delete its tokens.
- Ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw your consent, by emailing privacy@shreekrupa.net. We answer within 30 days. See also Data deletion.
Depending on where you live, you may have further rights, for example under Canada’s PIPEDA, the EU and UK GDPR, or US state privacy laws. These can include the rights to data portability, to restrict or object to processing, and to complain to a regulator. In Canada that regulator is the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada. When an organization controls the workspace, we may refer your request to it.
9. Children
MMH is a business service and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their personal information.
10. Changes to this policy
We will post any changes on this page and update the effective date. If a change is significant, we will also tell you in the Service or by email before it takes effect.
